I wanted to communicate expectations to our 60 leaders and 900 team members serving in Guest Services. How? I could send an impersonal email. I could mail a formal letter. I could make a lot of phone calls. I could speak with everyone in person. What if I had a friend take my content and create a fun and helpful sketch?
What we designed created a big win for our team. To roll this out, we professionally printed an 11x17 mini poster and included a note mailed to each Team Leader. Here it is:
