Why I Follow My Leader

  • he believes in me
  • he invests time to develop me
  • he follows his leader (Craig Groeschel) well
  • he cares about me personally and professionally
  • he gives me resources to match the challenges
  • he sets a high standard
  • he cares about my family
  • he is easy to respect
  • he is trustworthy
  • he appreciates the work I do
  • he pursues spiritual depth

    it sure is hard to lead with long-term sustainability without loving others. case and point is the female Navy Captain that was recently relieved of duty because of how she treated people.

    These are truisms I’ve found to be true, whether in relation to the military, coaching, or in an organization. “Love of others” is almost tangible and followers crave it!
