Olympic Coach Makes Terrible Mistake

Everyone makes mistakes.   These mistakes frequently impact people.

What if your leader makes a decision that is costly?

How would you feel?  What would your response be?

Imagine being on the Vancouver 2010 Olympic scene yesterday and you make a decision, but your coach tells you something differently.  Come to find out, the coach’s decision causes you to be disqualified from an almost gold medal.

Speed skater, Sven Kramer, could not believe what coach Gerard Kemkers did to cause this disqualification.  Kramer threw his glasses across the ice and yelled, “What did you do?”
