1. I have joined the staff of LIFECHURCH.TV. I will create and lead their Internship Experience for all thirteen campuses. The church was started in Edmond, Oklahoma by Craig and Amy Groeschel and now has thirteen campuses with about 28,000 in attendance. I will focus my efforts and energies creating and leading an Intern Experience. Our goal is not to work interns to death…aka free work. Yes, they will work. We want them to see ministry done, learn from leaders, and serve inside and outside the church. The biggest WIN for us and for them is our intentional strategy to help them in key areas: leadership development, character development, spiritual development, emotional intelligence, and life purpose.
I will remain in Atlanta and work from my home office. However, I will travel to Oklahoma every couple of months to ensure we are doing all we can to make this experience optimal for interns and those leading interns.
2. I have partnered with Ben Arment on The Whiteboard Sessions. Our first experience will be May 21, 2010 in Virginia Beach, VA at the Sadler Center. Go here for extra info. This experience will present fresh ideas for those serving in the local church. In addition, I am working with Ben on STORY Chicago 2010.

…working on several writing projects
…coaching organizations and churches in Human Behavior, Generational Interface Leadership, and Gen Y
…writing my doctoral dissertation
…mentoring and coaching several influential leaders
and a few other things I am waiting to confirm. Stay tuned.
