1. They love growing leaders on every level.
2. They have an incredible Pastor.
3. They have some seriously crazy fun.
4. They want every person to be in a position that best fits them.
5. They are about excellence.
6. They desperately want people to become fully devoted Christ-followers.
7. They have wonderful teams.
8. They have remarkable technology.
9. They have an environment that is to be admired.
10. They have a captivating vision.
