Practice What I Preach

Whenever I speak, I often share about narrowing down a focus.

It’s time.

My time.

To narrow down my focus and begin to create more conversations in a specific niche.

Thanks to guys like Tim Elmore, Jason Jeong, and Neil Howe for influencing and challenging me to narrow the focus.

I want to be a river and not a flood.

So, this blogsite will strive to connect with those of you who work with Gen Y, employ Gen Y, parent Gen Y or simply want to understand Gen Y more.

For clarification (if you are unsure who Gen Y is), those born between 1984 – 2002 fall into this category.

I want to add value to your life so you can add value to Gen Y.

This blogsite will provide new research, interpreted research, trends, how-to ideas, what others are doing, experiences created for you, and tools that will help you achieve optimal success.

Some of this will be faith-based and some will be value-based.  Feel free to use what is helpful and discard the rest.

Help me by providing what would help you the most.  You can comment here or email me.

I want to equip you, cheer for you, educate you, celebrate with you, struggle with you, inspire you, and challenge you.

You already know so much.  Let’s connect to create a collaborative environment whereby we all benefit.

We’re on the same team!  And I’m glad!

Jason – Awesome time at NGU last week! Keep up the fire, brother. Our youth loved it as much as we “oldsters” did.

My wife and I were trying to recall the statement you made regarding “catalyst” and “process.” Can you let me know what that is and put it in context?

Thanks!
