I have really been thinking lately…of course, when am I not in that mode?
Boil it down…
At my church, I want to build Christ-followers. I know that is a broad statement.
How?
Help people with their next step.
I am trying to be sensitive to people in my understanding of where they are and where God wants them to go.
I think so many times, we provide a shotgun approach to forward movement, but what if we helped people with their next step?!
I have been guilty of assuming people inherently know their next step, but I am learning this simply is not the case.
Simple huh? Try do it day in and day out. This takes an intentional effort!
