I know there are a lot of images and ideas on what the addiction cycle looks like. I like this one. I meet so many leaders who are addicted. To what? You have the addictions most talk about: porn, drugs, sex, and alcohol. How about: pride, control, anger, self-satisfaction, pleasing people, being perfect, and so forth.
Refuse to settle for your addiction. I know there are a lot of responses on why and how, but what if we just stopped with the excuses and embraced hope. For so many leaders, addictions are their leaders. Therefore, they never achieve optimal influence…and stay there. You can do it! God spoke creation into existence. He can journey with you to freedom. People around want to share the journey too. You are not alone. I am here to help. Simply reply. There’s hope, my friend!
