You Been There? You There Now?

Have you ever served in a church or company where you asked yourself:

“Why is it that the one who does the least work gets the most money and has the final word?”

I have served in a workplace where I asked that question. I recently was asked a question similar to this by a church staff member regarding his pastor. I know it is hard to get your mind and arms around this, especially when the struggling economy magnifies the situation.
