STOP!

I recall listening to Jim Collins (www.jimcollins.com) at Catalyst (www.catalystspace.com) and he was sharing some thoughts about his book, Good to Great, that I think would change our ministries and work places.

We are all so busy and continue to add things to our to-do list.  I am wrestling with this issue this morning.  In fact, I just grabbed a dry erase marker and jotted down everything I am responsible for as of right now.  Yikes!

Jim Collins says companies that go from good to great focus on what they can stop doing.  That is a different approach, huh?  Trust me, it is harder than you might imagine.  Yet, it just might be the decision that can get you where you want to go.

Let’s discover what is most important and refuse to cloud our vision with the extras.  I am working on what I need to stop doing.  Here is the reality…Millennials are bombarded with things to-do and the list only grows.  Help a Millennial not become paralyzed by options.  Streamline the list and do what is most important and will have the greatest impact on your ministry and company.
